Had oil changed and again grease finger prints on door and hood. Called and scheduled just an oil change and they performed a tire rotation also. The tech told me that I ordered the rotation but I did not. He did remove the charge. Tire pressure monitors were not changed with the rotation.

I first went to quick lube place on Green Bay Rd and they told me it would be over 1-1/2hr before they could even get to me yet there was only one car in front of me. I then when the Appleton GMC quick lube and they got me in right away. I will be going to Appleton GMC quick lube now for oil changes.

Service tech broke a wheel lug while doing tire rotation. I can understand that this can happen, what I don't understand is that it was going to take over a week to get a replacement and it would cost me over $100 for this one lug. I stopped at local auto parts store on my way home and replaced the wheel lug myself for $8. I can't believe that with the number of Bergstrom GM dealerships in the area, a standard wheel lug wouldn't be available.

Service department was fine. The problem I had was my truck was coming in for service recall. The night before the service my wife came home with nail in tire on our Yukon. I called a little after 5 p.m. and receptionist put me on hold , then on hold again and again and then hung up on me. I called back again and same receptionist put me on hold again. I stated I just had to talk to service to get answer if I could send rim and tire in with truck service. On hold again said she would find someone in service. Came back on line 10 minutes and was told no one left in service department. Service department hours are until 6p.m. I was on hold for more than a half hour. Very Disappointed I wasn’t told right away no one left in service department right away.

Horrible experience you guys really dropped the ball. This is strike 3. Strike 1you lost my Cadillac for over a month only to find out you let Kolosso take you try to make it right by giving me tires. Strike 2 my daughters get an oil and the tech forgets to torque let alone tighten the lugnuts, she was supposed to get a refund never happened. Strike 3 she gets an oil change and leaves with the engine light on which wasn't on when she brought it there. She is told it's fine no big deal. Then the manager calls and says what do you expect it is old and has x amount of miles. I don't expect my vechicle to go out worse then when it goes in. The whole situation was a joke.
