I had the wrong repair in June, charged about $194.. Had to come back for the correct repair a week later covered under warranty. Was told someone would follow up with me on my feedback, (no call).. I left a message with Service Manager, no call back.. finally got a hold of Manager on an additional call agreed I would get refunded $100, didn't happen. Called again, said I would get refunded $100 still nothing now after 15 days. Very poor customer service on this repair and communication. I give up, my time is worth more than 100 bucks.

For the second time the tire air pressure was not adjusted when tires were rotated. I tow a large camper and it could have been hazardous if the tires were inflated incorrectly.

We have just moved to the area, so this was our first time at the dealership. I did not like that I could not pay by credit card and had to use the customer portal. For that reason, I would tell someone that the service is good and the staff is friendly, but I would tell them they have to pay through the portal.

Thomas helped me set up my rewards app on my phone which I am grateful for. I got an oil change and two filters that were needed. The staff was excellent and very courteous. The coffee and cookies were delicious too. It seemed to me everyone treated my car like it was their own. Something I'm not used to at other dealer shops and other service places. Thumbs up to Bergstrom GMC.

It was a good experience, but I was surprised that I had to use a TEXT link on my phone to pay with a credit card. I was told that I can only pay with cash or check at the site. I don't understand the reasoning behind that decision. Otherwise, I would have given you a 10 on this service visit.

Fast, reliable service, which was nice. I'm wondering though why Bergstrom doesn't wash and detail vehicles after service as they used to. For the price of services, this really needs to be included as it used to be.
