When checking in with Taylor Ray for an oil change, I asked her if someone could check my GPS because I was unable to get voice directions. She said all of the mechanics were busy but she would check. A few minutes later she came into the waiting area telling me she had found the problem and fixed the GPS. This kid of service is what keeps me driving Buicks and being a Bergstrom customer. Thanks Taylor

My Husband died last year and he had told me to always take the car to Bergstrom's for any work to be done on it. I did that and the person helping me is Bobby Thao. I don't worry about the car because he takes excellent care of everything. All I do is call him and it is done. This last visit was exspensive, but he explained the situation and I was comfortable with the repairs. I trust his advice. Plus, he took care of the extra things like having the shuttle take me to my physical therapy appointment and then had them drive me home. The next day he called when my car was ready to pick up. Plus, he had the shuttle pick me up at home and take me to get my car. This is more then I could ever expect. I appreciate the excellent service I receive from Bobby. And I have to add, my car runs lke a new car.

Not sure which service this survey is for. I received a new 6,2 motor because lifters stuck and cam was destroyed. After two months my new engine came in and was installed. All went well. I was told to adhere to normal brake in procedures. After about 200 miles , I checked the oil level and nothing showed on the dip stick. Took truck back and Bergstrom did complete oil change. After about 2000 miles , a large pool of oil showed up under the truck. I was not sure how long I was losing oil. I crawled under the truck and found the oil filter very loose and oil leaking. I tightened the filter, check oil level and added a quart. Will bring it in for complete oil change in a couple weeks. Hoping for better luck this time.

Once I got a call back things went smoothly. Unfortunately I had to call twice in order to get a quote for the tires I purchased. But the appointment and service was completed quickly and easily.

Originally called to confirm hours of express lube and was told it was open until 7. Stopped in at 5:30 to find out it closes at 6 so there wasn’t enough time to complete an oil change that day. Came back the next day and had it done. Was informed that I was low on washer fluid and that it was filled up by the tech. Later that day a dash light came on notifying me I was low on washer fluid. When I checked the reservoir it hadn’t been filled as stated by the service advisor.

Extremely poor communication from the service department through the entire 5 week ordeal of getting a truck repaired. Once the truck was complete, the invoice was $2,600 higher than the estimate, and nobody ever bothered to ask for authorization. When the dealership General Manager was advised of the problem he assured me he get into it and reach out to me with findings. Its been 10 days, no communication. This is a dealership to avoid.

The service manager never called or communicated in the three weeks I dealt with him. I tried to set up an appointment with him three times and he never confirmed any of them. I was also never told about the deductible I had to pay. I specifically asked what I could need to pay up front, including deductible, and he told me there was no deductible and everything done would cost me nothing, that it would all be covered under warranty. Then when I got my car back there was residue from the work they did smeared all on the exterior of my vehicle. I ran it through the car was on my way home and it still didn't come off. I had to take a towel and scrub it off. Definitely not impressed.

Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The installation appointment was easy to set up and they finished install while I waited. I saw refreshments when I sat down, but did not have the time to partake as the truck was finished quickly.

I sent this email to Gabe yesterday morning—yet to hear back, which is extremely concerning: ——— I brought our Enclave in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I have a couple concerns I wanted to pass along that I feel you should be aware of: - My appointment was at 8:30. I arrived at 8:25 and was told it’d be 30 minutes. At 9:05 I watched them move the vehicle outside (timing was no issue at that point). I then watched a customer that arrived after me get called into the office to complete her service. At 9:30 I finally went into the office myself and had to interrupt them…I had a 10am meeting in Green Bay I had to get to. I paid and left at 9:35. I ended up having to reschedule my 10am meeting since I was now not going to make in time. - When I arrived outside to my vehicle, I found the driver’s window had been rolled down and not out back up. That would not have normally bothered me, but it was drizzling. The entire inside of my door was now wet. I’m not one to send emails like this, but these are big enough issues that I will not be scheduling any further appointments with your location. I’ve always had great experiences with Bergstrom, but this falls in line with what others have told me about your service quality that I’ve always defended your company against. Again, wanted you to be aware.

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 a.m. I was told it could take a couple of hours to figure out what was wrong. I was told someone would give me a call when they determined what needed to be fixed. Finally 1:00 p.m. came around and I still hadn't heard from anyone. I called and was told my vehicle needed a thermostat and that the part was available at Bergstrom Chevy. They said they could get it and they quoted me $1,080.00. They said it would take 4 hours of labor. I questioned if it could be done that same day and they said yes. I approved the estimate at 1:04 p.m. They texted me at 2:54 p.m. saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Immediately I thought great I saved some money on the labor because it obviously didn't take 4 hours. I got there and the estimate was over $1,200.00 and they included 4 hours of labor. $880.00 in labor when from the time I approved the order, they went to get the part and they fixed my vehicle it was only 1 hour and 50 minutes. I was in complete shock that anyone could honestly do that to a person. That is stealing in my book. After 30 minutes of telling them I was not paying for that, they agreed to only charge for 2 hours of labor. I have been a long time Bergstrom supporter. I have taken my last 3 vehicles there for service and bought my last 2 vehicles there. It is sad to say I will never go back.
