Multiple negatives from this last experience. The tech working on my truck (oil change and tire rotation) stripped a lugnut and stud taking one of the wheels off. I received a text from the supervisor saying they were waiting on parts and that's why it was taking so long. It wasn't until I checked in with them, that I was told what was wrong. I should've been told in person what happened and that there was going to be a delay. Fortunately I was able to get a loaner so I wouldn't miss my next appointment, but that was bad communication. And something wasn't done correctly with my tire rotation, because before my rotation I could do 75/80 smoothly with my truck. After the rotation, if I go over 72 my truck starts shaking like somethings out of balance or alignment. And, the second negative, when I went to pay, I was informed that I was going to have to pay online because "the higher ups don't want us doing card transactions any more." Well, the site didn't load for me, so they had to do a card transaction. When you have a physical location, you need to accept in-person payments/card transactions. If online is the way you are going, I'll find somewhere else to go that will let me pay in-person. Overall, this is the second time I've had problems with you guys during a simple oil change and tire rotation. I'm not happy with the quality of service I've been receiving from you guys with this vehicle. I drive a lot for work (I'm in for oil and rotation every 5-6 weeks due to the nature of my work and my truck being my office). I need this vehicle working at top quality when it leaves its service appointments. What can you offer me in order to not lose a customer, because at this point, if the next appointment is another screw up, I'll find somewhere else to go.

The info I gave to the service person did not get to the guys who actually did the work. I had just had the tires rotated by Costco so the special which included tire rotation was suggested because it would be cheaper and he could give me some credit for not doing the rotation. When I checked out with the lube guy, he didn't know anything about it so the tires apparently got rotated again and I paid the normal price. Not a big deal. Then the tire pressure on my dash gage read 39 when I left - in the cold this morning they were 37. Recommended pressure is 35. I will probably have to stop by the Neenah dealership and have them check and reset the pressure because the weather is warming up and tires will be over pressure.

Very long wait for holes to be plugged in one tire. Annoyed at being told 10 minutes and you’ll be all set and then waiting at least another 30 minutes for my vehicle. And had to come back in because after finishing my tire, they didn’t relearn them on my car so my psi for the repaired tire read 0
