Brought vehicle in for normal service. In addition, I asked service individual to check tire pressure and set at 35 lbs. When all was done, I noticed that tire pressure was NOT checked, so I asked again to please put 35 lbs in all 4 tires. They did so. I picked up my vehicle and left. On the road home I checked the tire pressure with the in-vehicle tire pressure gauge and found that it was set at 40 lbs. I must have upset someone by asking AGAIN for correct tire pressure. Had I not had an appointment to go to I would have returned and asked to see Manager. I think its obvious that I'M NOT A HAPPY CAMPER with the service folks!

Very fast and courteous. Only dislikes were the tech forgetting to check my brakes and then only checking brakes on one side of my vehicle and proceeding to tell me all brake pads wear evenly when they don’t.

I will never have service done at Bergstrom again. Both my wife and I had our cars serviced there and, on both cars, I was told that the brakes need to be replaced soon. My wife's car went another year and a half without needing them. On my truck I was told last year that my brakes were good, then about a month later it was in for another service and then I was told they were bad. Last Saturday, I was told my brakes were bad again and they were just replaced about 5,000 miles ago and when I challenged the service writer, he told me it was because I didn't have the rotors replaced. Come on. Brake pads aren't going to go bad in 5,000 miles on a perfectly good rotor unless you have a caliper issue, and the service writer didn't say I did have a caliper issue. You really need people behind the desk that have morals and know what they are talking about.

My wife casually said she was having a busy week asking if I could have her car serviced as it needed an oil change. I made the appointment and later that day met the service technician. He asked about several items and all issues were considered to be reviewed and updated. The tires being previously purchased from them were due for rotation at no cost. Service was approved with approximately one hour to complete. One hour later and a brief discussion regarding a couple items for review next time oil is changed I was on my way.

Service work on the truck was done exceptional. However, my dash computer control system said there is 54% life of the air filter left yet. In spite of this, a person came out and tried to get me to replace the air filter! It gave me a “try to take advantage of the customer “ feeling

All went well, so far. Have follow up appointment on Tuesday to replace leaking hoses of some kind. Don't really understand what the hoses do, but oh well. It's covered by the warranty... Hope it works out okay.
