I was in before my scheduled appointment first thing in the morning which then also got me on my way earlier. Service personnel were very pleasant. Now i am jus concerned on why my vehicle was telling me my oil life was at zero percent, but my paperwork says it was at 13 percent. Now not sure as I should be changing my oil at vehicle notification or window sticker.
Was confusion as to whether my oil change should be free. But it was honored. Then service man investigated and made a change so now I even have another free oil change coming. Great work! Much appreciated.........
I brought my vehicle in to fix the back window that would no longer roll down. They had to order a part for the repair and that came the following day. My schedule was booked full and it took me a while to find time to come back and they were patient and willing to work with me. As always, communication was great and service was quick.
Erik Wright made our car-buying experience stress-free and so easy. He was very knowledgeable - not only about the vehicle we came to the dealership to purchase - but also about all of the other vehicles available on the lot. We ended up buying a different car than what we intended to purchase when we first came in. He gave us alternate options to look at and we are so happy he did! He brought both vehicles in for us to compare and test drive. He shared a ton of information with us about both vehicles. At one point my daughter even asked how much he had to study to know so much about the cars! He really valued our time and he made our purchase as easy as possible. We will definitely be back to work with Erik again in the future.
