Not really happy with the cost of the oil change and the amount it cost to fix the one tire on my Buick La Cross. I think $102.00 is way too much I probably will not use your service again. I have been using Bergstrom service for the past 40 years and you have the capability of finding who has used your services for so many years so why not give them a little break.

Prompt, professional, honest and on time. My service advisor was very friendly and took the time to listen to my issues, and was able to share information about others with the same vehicle who are having similar issues, and that they are working on a fix. I appreciate that input very much.

Tonya and Pierce were absolutely amazing!! They did everything in their power to make sure that I walked out with my new car that day! Then, when the price was reduced later that day, Pierce called me and had me come back to sign new papers for the lower price!!! I would for sure go back to them to buy another vehicle!

My wife took my truck to service at this time. Service was good but the vehicle health report they gave to her showed that transmission is leaking or is about to leak soon. And they recommend parts back ordered right way. ETA of costs is $895 !! . Problem is that there is no a single word what parts are required and zero details of the issue on the health report!!

I had a simple thing that needed to be done. I had made an appointment to have a headlight replaced. I got there on time and was told they would check, but if they had to order a part it would take a few hours. DUH the dealership is right across the parting lot. They di have the part. I went to check out around out I had to do it on my phone. The no longer processed credit cards? Really, I a 70 years old and had to fumble putting in the numbers? Jake did enter them for me but really?

I love the new tech video you get texted after service . Only problem I tried to listen to it in the shop and it was to noisy to hear . When I tried again when back in the office it was gone . Keep it on the link for a while man! 🤷♂️
