I had a simple thing that needed to be done. I had made an appointment to have a headlight replaced. I got there on time and was told they would check, but if they had to order a part it would take a few hours. DUH the dealership is right across the parting lot. They di have the part. I went to check out around out I had to do it on my phone. The no longer processed credit cards? Really, I a 70 years old and had to fumble putting in the numbers? Jake did enter them for me but really?
