We made in oil and filter appointment for a car. When we got there there was no appointment. They said they would get us in and in the meantime we took a shuttle to the mall. About an hour later we got a text that said our car was done so we clicked on the link to get picked up and waited 15 minutes and nothing happened. Someone from the service shop called us and we told him nobody picked us up and he said we weren���t on the schedule. He said he would put us on the schedule.Another half hour later and we still weren���t picked up so we called again. This time a guy from the service department came and got us. The whole experience was a cluster.
My oil change/rotation APPOINTMENT was for 12:00, and around 12:40 (when I saw my truck wasnt in the shop anymore and asked how long it had been done) I was informed that my truck had been moved out so another truck could be serviced. I was told he had an appointment and there was only one truck lift. This would have been perfectly fine with me had I not had my own appointment, specifically over my lunch hour. There was also zero attempts to communicate any of this with me. Furthermore, when I finally got back to my truck, I immediately saw the check engine light was on after starting. It is not reasonable to believe that the technician didn't see that, and the fact that nothing was said only added to my frustration.
The folks at Bergstrom Buick went overboard to find a new car for me in this day of very low inventory. Got my beautiful car yesterday. They were so nice. Tonya Rankin was the person who tracked a car down for me. She went on vacation but others took over and finished my purchase. All of the paperwork was ready so everything went smoothly. They're the best.
I came to get a new key fob for my 14 year old Saturn Vue. Victoria heard a grinding noise when she moved my car and took the initiative to have the 26 point inspection done. Turns out I needed some expensive repairs. Decided a new car was a better alternative and worked with Erik to get that done. I now have a 2022 Buick Encore ����. I love Bergstom!! Been coming here 18 years and the service has been exceptional - above and beyond!!
I had to remind the person I talked to not to change me twice for things. I had 45K maintenance done along with new tires and some things overlap with the 2. I know the tire rotation and the alignment. I am hoping nothing else was missed when it comes to what I was charged. So far I have no issues with the maintenance itelf.
