Overall the check in person that I dealt with was very nice - she made the experience better but unfortunately I just lately haven't been enjoying the services provided outside of that. The online booking has never been really user friendly in my opinion and when I have been able to use it the last time they said it was booked for the other area or something but that it was ok they can take care of it in the Express Lube area. I never selected an area therefore I feel it is very hard to know where to go anytime I book. Lastly they forgot a rag inside my car and never re-set my Air Filter setting even though it was mentioned that was replaced. Last time they didn't reset my Oil, they reset that this time but not the Air Filter. Luckly it is very simple for me to reset I just question it being completed or time being taken when everything isn't reset especially since this appointment took a full hour.
