When checking in with Taylor Ray for an oil change, I asked her if someone could check my GPS because I was unable to get voice directions. She said all of the mechanics were busy but she would check. A few minutes later she came into the waiting area telling me she had found the problem and fixed the GPS. This kid of service is what keeps me driving Buicks and being a Bergstrom customer. Thanks Taylor
