I'm a little disappointed that I was not contacted by the service department when my truck was finished. I called the service department to check on my truck and nobody answered. Someone from the express lube finally answered the phone and went to the service department to check on my vehicle. I was also charged more than $194 for a software update that Katie told me would be covered under warranty. On a positive note, the work by the technician, diagnostics and repair, was excellent.
