2 concerns. (The above rating is based on the most recent experience) (1) Not sure why the techs feel they must lift the tires/wheels to shoulder height to remount on to the vehicle (had tires rotated as part of the service). Watched tech really struggle to lift the tire, and then he dropped it in the process. Seems like a dangerous approach from both a body fatigue/capability standpoint and a safety standpoint. And, when things are dropped, damage may occur. (2) Express Lube Leader had to help me process the payment on my phone as the procedure for payment has now changed. The issue is that there were charges for the tire rotation even though I purchased the tire protection plan when I purchased tires. Tire rotates are supposed to be free, correct? The Express Lube leader said that he now needs to go to Accounting to get me a credit. Would like to know when that is supposed to happen, and how this error can be prevented going forward? I believe this is the second or third time this has happened for me.

All went well, so far. Have follow up appointment on Tuesday to replace leaking hoses of some kind. Don't really understand what the hoses do, but oh ...
